The Second World War brings only fleeting happiness for Jane, in the form of her new husband, Flight Lieutenant Roy Diamond. When Roy is killed in action the shock turns her perfect dream worl into a nightmare of amnesia. Wandering the world, never knowing who she really is, only that her name is Jane.
